We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and aligning strategic goals between the client and the Business Analysis team. This role involves providing direct support to the client, consolidating critical information, and working closely with the Lead Business Analyst based in Europe within a globally distributed environment. Responsibilities Act as the primary local liaison between the client and the Lead Business Analyst in Europe, ensuring priorities and objectives are clearly aligned Conduct stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and transform business needs into structured documentation Compile and validate business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams Develop and maintain business artifacts such as process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and functional specifications Proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies in information and follow up with stakeholders to resolve them Participate in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and assist in preparing and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates in collaboration tools like Azure DevOps Facilitate communication across time zones to ensure smooth information sharing and alignment within the global team Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives Experience in developing and maintaining BA artifacts, including process flows, traceability matrices, and functional specifications Strong expertise in planning and conducting business analysis activities, from gathering requirements to prioritization and approval Knowledge of best practices in requirements approval and prioritization processes Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience working on Finance Transformation projects Familiarity with Transportation Logistics systems or operations We offer/Benefits - International projects with top brands - Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers - Healthcare benefits - Employee financial programs - Paid time off and sick leave - Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses - Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses - Global career opportunities - Volunteer and community involvement opportunities - EPAM Employee Groups - Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
