We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help our clients find top talent. **Position Overview**: - Foster long-term relationships with clients(contractors) - Understand the client's needs - Evaluate resumes and applicants - Provide advice to clients - Write job ads - Meet with clients weekly to go over the recruitment campaign on zoom - Reading and interpreting the Wimbush assessment as it applies to the applicant and the position - Relay relevant information to the recruiting team **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar position - Understanding of sources and recruiting techniques - Customer service skills - Computer savvy - Outstanding communication ability - Confident and pleasant personality - Well-organized - Strong understanding of ATS platforms. - Very proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, & Microsoft Office. - Sound judgment - BSc/BA in Human Resources or other related field is a plus - Understanding the construction industry is a plus - Must speak and understand English well **Compensation**: - Fully remote position - Rate of Pay: Dependent Upon Experience - Part-time to full-time work dependent on the number of current clients
