No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:PepsiCoJobs- Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**: **The Opportunity** **In charge of leading LAB´s portfolio and brand strategy and joint planning with franchise, finance, and operations for 6 bottles and 15+ Dist across the LRB portfolio** - Align regional teams, agencies, and bottlers in view of the brand’s strategic and year-end targets for the brand's position in the market. - Support the business in the joint planning 3-year plan with bottlers leading demand space analysis as a framework to align portfolios with bottlers; AOP planning leading brand funding for the agreed initiatives; top-to-top performance review with bottler senior executives sharing portfolio performance and critical issues to solve; and montlhy POR with LAB center leadership team to course correction meetings and guiding tradeoffs needed to optimize coop spending. **In charge of leading brand/product innovation and communications agendas for 6 bottlers and 15+ departments across the LRB portfolio (immediate and midterm innovation, 1-3 year scope)** - Lead the innovation agenda for LAB Central Markets with bottlers and distributors, including new products and categories, as well as the innovation pipeline for the existing brands, including core work in productivity. - Support the franchise in a joint plan with the bottlers to secure innovation alignment, milestones, and investments needed to deliver the innovation agenda. - Lead a strong transformation in the way we do marketing, structuring capabilities within the Lab Center Marketing team, bottlers, and agencies. - Evolve on the digital and customization agenda. **Your Impact** As **Marketing Director** your scope would consist of - Develop,lead and manage the marketing team across the region LAB centro, including new capabilities. - Develop, jointly with the regional CMO, the long-term portfolio strategy across LAB C markets. - Ensure marketing, communications, and innovation plans are properly executed. - Leadership in determining research, systems tracking, and reporting tools to aid decision-making relative to touch-point strategy - Alignment of Region, Market, and Agencies - Brand plan delivery tracking and optimization during the year - Lead agency management and continuous improvement of capabilities and relationships - Actively participate in negotiations and joint planning with key stakeholders (including bottlers’ CEOs). - Lead the marketing effectiveness effort together with the LAB strategy. - Generate, filter, quantify, and refine all innovations for all LAB Central markets (Central America, Caribbean, Colombia, Venezuela, and Chile). - Develop business plans for the internal sale of the innovations. - Work together with the marketing team in bottler in the launch of these innovations. - Lead implementation and become the key gatekeeper for the stage-gate/innovation process, aligning all functions behind the innovation projects. - Define, together with insights and bottlers, the optimum research plan to qualify different innovation types. - Develop strong innovation-based PSP plans for the portfolio. - Drive the sustainability agenda in the innovation pipeline. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** - Education - Communications and/or business background (undergrad basic, MBA valued but not essential) with a skew to marketing or communication - Experience - A minimum of 15 years of marketing and/or strategy/innovation experience - Strong intellectual curiosity and a drive for entrepreneurship and innovation - Strong strategic profile and drive - Financial knowledge to understand ROI assessments of different initiatives - Agency management - Research fundamentals mastery - Strong leadership, including situational leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills - Influence competency - Strong project management skills and a full understanding of the stage gate model - Strong ideation and conceptualization skills - Strong knowledge of systems economics for LABC businesses - Franchise Model Understanding - English and Spanish fluency **What can you expect from us**: - Opportunities to
