We are looking for a Product manager to lead and manage Bizagi's teams and strategy focused on strengthening and maintaining the Modern Experience Strategy for our product, offering a Modern UI experience for Bizagi end users, enhacing the overall experience of Bizagi Developers and creating self - service experiences for our major communities, focused on strengthening and maintaining our product more attractive, functional and closer to our customers and stakeholders **Responsibilities**: - Define functional requirements for developments and work together with technical leaders and teams to mature them. - Promote, drive and ensure compliance with the processes defined by the product area. - Define and ensure high level roadmap and deliverables related work plans. - Lead meetings with customers and stakeholders to obtain feedback on the products. - Validate and oversee UX & UI proposals ensuring alignment with requirements and deliverables. - Define and ensure compliance with OKRs for each product in accordance with the company's strategic objectives. - Support the Support strategy, identifying priority tickets and following up to ensure ETAs are met. - Manage the dependencies between teams, controlling and monitoring to meet the objectives of the area. - Support team members in the execution and progress of the career plan. - Ensure compliance with the different events of the agile methodology in the teams (retrospectives, grooming, etc.). - Perform analysis and reporting as requested, including infrastructure costs, SLA compliance and implementation timelines. Requierements - From 3 to 5 years of experience leading development teams, ideally in Enterprise software and cloud environments. - Strong technical background with knowledge and experience in software development and web technologies. - Knowledge and experience in usability. - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, testers and stakeholders. - Ability to prioritise and negotiate requirements - Project management experience. - Excellent communication skills both oral and written. - Advanced level of English both oral and written. - Fully Customer oriented
