For the internal structures of EWL Latam S.A.S. we are looking for Departure Coordinator. YOUR TASKS: Identify, prospect, and onboard new travel agency partners in key LatAm markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agency partners. Negotiate favorable rates, terms, and conditions with travel agency partners. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the travel booking process. Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market research. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Deep understanding of the Latin American travel agency market. Knowledge of travel industry best practices, including booking systems and regulations. Experience in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Knowledge of cost-saving strategies and travel budget management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and influencing skills.
