Plant Maintenance and Engineering Manager Your role at the organization: As a Plant Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of the plant by ensuring the maintenance of processes, packaging, utilities, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for engineering activities such as planning, approval, and execution of the capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance, while managing capital projects in line with management standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and a culture of continuous improvement. - Leads and manages the maintenance team, ensuring a collaborative environment with different areas of the organization to execute maintenance tasks and troubleshoot problems with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Manages, supervises, and monitors the maintenance of equipment and facilities on production lines, process areas, utilities, and plant infrastructure, ensuring the proper performance of equipment. - Ensures the continuity, reliability, performance, and safety of facilities, machinery, and equipment; being responsible for the corresponding indicators (OEE, UDT, etc.). - Keeps up-to-date the documentation corresponding to equipment maintenance, including records and reports requested by the HSE area and the corresponding authorities. What we look for: - Over 10 years of experience in similar positions within consumer goods companies, ideally Chemical and Packaging Plants. - Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronics or equivalent working experience. - Proven ability to apply engineering skills for problem-solving and process improvements. - Strong project management skills. - Demonstrated leadership through influence at all levels and ability to work effectively in a participative, team-based environment. - Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP. - Experience with methodologies such as WCM, TPM, or similar. - Experience with Power Platform tools: MS Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
