Your Main Mission: Retain policies purchased by our associates, including auto, SOAT, home, and health insurance policies . Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm . 2 to 3 Saturdays a month: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm . What Do We Offer? Base salary: $1,423,500 + legal benefits. Commissions from $500,000 to $2,000,000 , with no ceiling and benefits! Temporary contract with the possibility of renewal. Training time: 15 to 20 business days (paid training!). What Are We Looking For? Experience: Minimum 6 months in call center and sales of intangible products. Academic training: Bachelor's degree or higher. Key Skills: Telephone assistance. Assertive communication. Knowledge in BPO. Ability to close sales (optional, but valued).
