About the Role This position is part of a centralized project management office, supporting various technology and business teams across the organization. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading projects across multiple business lines and technologies. Key Responsibilities - Schedule, plan, invoice, and forecast financials for assigned projects with management support. - Manage and review accruals and actuals, ensuring timely entry into appropriate tools prior to monthly cycles. - Support the forecast process within organizational targets and drive to meet key performance indicators. - Create and manage project delivery artifacts for management reviews and meetings. - Provide timely and accurate updates to project managers and leadership teams as applicable. - Drive best practices to increase efficiencies, innovation, and value creation for the business. - Consult on project initiatives, including business case preparation and developing creative approaches to problem resolution. - Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand requirements and sustain open dialogue. - Collaborate with project teams to achieve business needs and outcomes. - Participate in establishing project scope to ensure focus on delivery.
