Role Overview The SDR plays a key role in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls. Set appointments between brokerages and our sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system. Demonstrate high-quality customer service by addressing brokerage needs and concerns. Meet or exceed individual lead conversion and appointment-setting targets. Develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients. Key Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar SDR role. Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion. Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Strong communication skills in English (C1 level minimum). A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to rapid changes and ambiguity. Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results. A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs. Collaborative and a team player, capable of working with both marketing and sales teams.
