**Job description** Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are flexible around experience level, and prefer someone with experience in/around DTC & eCommerce. **Why work for us?** - Work from home. - Excellent, above market compensation. - Work with a friendly and collaborative group of people working together towards a common goal! **What will you be doing?** - Helping manage our online community on Facebook and posting on social media. - Assisting with related tasks, like helping our marketing team optimize our website so that customer needs and questions are solved through our site. - Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research. **Requirements**: - Excellent spoken and written English. You MUST be fluent in spoken English! - Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience - Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers. - Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products. - A background in sales or customer service. - Previous supervisory experience, a definite asset. **Who are we?** At Sola Wood Flowers, we are transforming what artificial flowers can be by providing better flowers for less with our affordable eco-friendly wooden flowers!
