Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and Maintenance of Distribution Channels 1) Assist dealers to develop distribution channels in various regions. 2) Undertake company's EIBC construction goals, publicize and implement policy, and assist dealers and distributors in the construction. 3) Visit EIBC stores, review the status of each store, acquire business information, and ensure a good display of products on the shelf. 2. Collect Business Information 1) Investigate sales channels, track channel dynamics, and obtain information about competitors; business activities and competing products. 2) Summarize market information and customer feedback, analyze existing problems. 3) Collect industry information, including local industry development status and trends, government policy, and company trends in the industry. Required Skills & Experience: 1.Have experience in the distributor channel development and management. 2.Excellent communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 3.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 5.Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
