We are currently seeking a Business Development Lead to join TripleTen LATAM. Our main goalwill be to develop payment methods for our customers by developingexisting and finding new financial providers in each of thecountries in Latin America where we are operating. What you will do - Strategic Thinking: Looking for new payment partners for ourclients with such billing options assubscriptions/loans/installments/payment getaways. - RelationshipManagement: Receiving offers from partners, negotiating, andrecording agreements. - Research and Analysis: Conducting marketresearch about financial services and infrastructure in eachcountry. - Task Management: Handling day-to-day business tasks andadministrative duties. - Data Management: Checking contracts forcompliance with agreements, making amendments. - Hands-on Execution: Monitoring current performance metrics in the process ofworking with partners and improving them. Requirements - Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectivelycommunicate with local and international stakeholders. - From 5years of proven experience in creating detailed and persuasivereports and proposals to support business development activitiesand secure new payment partnerships. - Strong negotiation skills toclose deals and form strategic alliances that align with thecompany’s goals. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify andaddress challenges proactively. - Ability to maintain and nurturecurrent payment partnerships, ensuring long-term, mutuallybeneficial relationships. - Strong analytical skills to makecorrect proposal evaluations and effectively analyze the results ofcurrent collaborations. - Ability to understand and dig into legaland accounting questions, ensuring compliance and informeddecision-making. - Demonstrated initiative and the ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
