**About the Job:** We are looking for an expert in systems analysis to join our team and support the management of product owners and internal or external clients in the design and implementation of technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define functional requirements (business rules, processes, procedures, etc.) to support and back up the proposed solution in terms of functionality. - Design and execute plans to ensure correct follow-up of requirements, their definitions and their implementation. - Actively participate in the stages of the software development cycle: scope definition, functional specification, user stories and use cases. Essential Qualifications: - Core applications knowledge in the insurance industry. - Operational processes in the insurance/ banking business. - Process management. - Software development methodologies. - Software engineering. - University degree in Systems Engineering / industrial, studies in Software Engineering.
