The Position: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Host Relations team, which will be responsible for growing our network of Hosts through strategic outreach. To support our membership growth and deliver exceptional experiences for our members, we’re seeking a results-driven candidate to fuel the top of our Host (B2B) acquisition funnel by generating high-quality, warm leads. Reporting to the Host Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Host Marketing team, collaborating with seasoned professionals to bring innovative ideas to life. In this role, you will focus on executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and brings a fresh perspective to the table. Responsibilities: - Execute B2B Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, webinars, direct mail, and other relevant channels to recruit prospective small business locations - Paid Media Collaboration: Partner with the Paid Channels team to coordinate and optimize paid marketing efforts for Host acquisition. - Content Creation: Write compelling copy and design visually engaging assets to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels. - Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with the Sales and Partnerships teams to create and deliver Host-focused marketing assets and resources. - Project Management: Lead and coordinate marketing communications for special projects, ensuring timelines are met and messaging is clear, consistent, and effective. - Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a similar marketing role, with a strong portfolio of work. - Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and best practices. - Basic design skills, with familiarity in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. (Experience with Asana is a plus.) - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency with marketing best practices, intermediate-level data skills (Excel/Google Sheets), and familiarity with marketing technologies and tools. (Experience with HubSpot CRM strongly preferred.) Please note that this position is focused on growing the “supply” side of the Harvest Hosts’ network -- the small businesses and farms where RVers stay overnight. This position is not focused on driving growth in the D2C membership business. Compensation & Benefits Harvest Hosts is a venture-backed company. Compensation will be based on experience but will range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus eligible bonuses.
