**Position**: South LATAM Exports Key Account Manager **Business Unit**: CBU - Commercial **Location**: Bogotá, Colombia **Reports To**: Sr Sales Manager, South LATAM This position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia and will be responsible for leading sales region of Southern Cone (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia) region for CBU Business. This region represents $2MM USD for the Commercial Business Unit and 20% of sales for South LATAM region, serviced through Colombia. Its main objective is to grow sales of the CBU brands within the region by developing distributors in charge through end users’ opportunities identification, product portfolio proposals and optimization, sales teams trainings and end users visits and assessments. As this position will be based in Colombia and travel on a quarterly basis to Southern Cone countries, remote followup expertise is a must. **Responsibilities** - Work with the distributors’ sales teams in assessing end users (hotels, universities, schools, hospitals, malls) with the objective of creating opportunities for selling our products, and therefore developing the region’s sales pipeline. - Support sellout growth in customers by increasing their sales of Rubbermaid Commercial products through more lead generation, and increasing product listing in distributors’ end users - Receive, process and follow-up of sales orders from customer base - Budget and goals follow-up of customer base in charge, pushing customers to achieve their objectives - Analyze sellout KPIs for each customer in order to develop and present plans for sales growth - Implement trade marketing activities in customers as well as follow-up on CoOp initiatives - Train distributors’ sales teams into selling Rubbermaid Commercial products - Map potential new distributors in the region to increase coverage of different verticals and drive future sales growth in the region **Qualifications** - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar - 5 years of experience working in Sales - Experience in B2B companies - Proven interaction, negotiation and persuasion skills - Medium English Level - Moderate Excel, Power Point - Availability to travel abroad to South American countries at least 1 week each quarter Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Paper Mate, Sharpie, Dymo, EXPO, Parker, Elmers, Coleman, Marmot, Oster, Sunbeam, FoodSaver, Mr. Coffee, Graco, Baby Jogger, NUK, Calphalon, Rubbermaid, Contigo, First Alert, and Yankee Candle.
