We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the successful introduction and operationalization of Radioligand Therapy (RLT), a groundbreaking treatment platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing key accounts for the launch of Pluvicto, ensuring seamless execution from licensing and logistics to patient infusion. You will work closely with Medical and Commercial teams to map and engage RLT Centers, identify and support technical and administrative processes for RLT implementation, and develop and deliver educational materials on RLT and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities - Map and engage Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Centers in collaboration with Medical and Commercial teams. - Identify and support technical and administrative processes for RLT implementation. - Expand Lutetium license and capacity across qualified RLT Centers. - Train institutional medical staff and decision-makers on RLT procedures. - Prioritize and prepare accounts for Pluvicto launch based on readiness and patient potential. - Develop and deliver educational materials on RLT and technical requirements. - Oversee logistics: order management, patient scheduling, and medicine delivery coordination. - Monitor sales orders and support license development with local NCQ and CGS. - Act as the primary RLT contact post-launch to ensure seamless patient treatment. Required Skills and Qualifications - Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sectors. - Strong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment. - Familiarity with Nuclear Medicine and its local market dynamics. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure. - Strong business mindset with strategic and analytical thinking. - High resilience, adaptability, and results-oriented approach. - Effective communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
