This company is also mission-driven, with a strong commitment to giving back, particularly through initiatives that support veterans and those affected by homelessness and disasters. **Scope of the role**: **Responsibilities** - **Content Creation & Management**: - Design and create high-quality visual content using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including banners, product images, and promotional materials. - Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, ensuring all content is accurate, optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines. - **E-commerce Platform Management**: - Manage and update the online store using Shopify or other CMS platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience. - Assist with implementing product launches, sales promotions, and special campaigns. - Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and drive conversions. - **Quality Assurance**: - Conduct regular checks to ensure all website content is up-to-date, error-free, and aligned with SEO best practices. - Test and troubleshoot content issues on the website, ensuring timely resolution. - **Data & Analytics**: - Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to content and user engagement. - Use insights from analytics to suggest and implement content improvements. - **Collaboration & Communication**: - Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives. - Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and campaigns. **Requirements**: - Excellent English communication skills (Must have) - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce, content management, or digital marketing role. - Experience with Shopify (Must have) - Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
