Psychometric Expertise: Expertise in creating and validating psychometric tools for mental health assessments in educational and healthcare settings, focusing on mental health skills, emotional intelligence, burnout, resiliency, anxiety, soft skills, and their links to employability and professional development. Innovative Design Methodologies: Skilled in innovative design methodologies (Delphi, SCAMPER, TRIZ, Design Thinking) for psychometric instruments. International Educational Initiatives: Experience with Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and evaluating other international educational initiatives' impact on students and educators. Psychoeducation and Psychotherapy: Proficient in psychoeducation and psychotherapy, with a focus on educational program design and stress mitigation to improve mental health. Open Science and Mental Health Trends: Experience with open science practices and familiar with international mental health trends and policies. Neuroeducation Application: Expert in applying neuroeducation principles to enhance learning in health science education and skilled in designing educational interventions based on neuroscientific principles. Documentation, Publication, and Scientific Dissemination: Demonstrated ability to publish in top Journals Q1/Q2 as ranked by the Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Strong collaboration skills to guide interdisciplinary teams in the use of Psychoeducation, neuroeducation, innovative design methodologies, Quintuple Helix Models for innovation, psychometrics, open science for health and education research. Main responsibilities: Report on progress based on research objectives, publications, submission of grants, and teaching. Incorporate innovative practices in psychometrics and mental health research to position UDEM as a leader in educational and health sciences. Write protocols and projects for participation in international calls for fundraising. Write manuscripts for publication in top Q1/Q2 journals by JCR. Provide advice to professors and researchers in the design of innovative educational strategies and advanced evaluation methodologies.
