**DevOps Engineer Job Description** **Tradeview Markets** **Tradeview Markets **is looking for intelligent, positive, and adaptive **DevOps Engineer** to join our growing global **IT/IS Team**. The **DevOps Engineer** will oversee operations in multiple IT/IS departments and will help to guide the engineering, re-engineering and implementation of software tools and code updates. Another tremendous plus to **this position is the ability to work from your home or home office (in certain regions).** **The DevOps Engineers will work in these key areas**: 1. Project Management 2. Writing and editing code 3. Server Administration 4. Tracking Staff Communication, Prototyping, Security, as well as Testing Systems performance **DevOps Engineer Required **Education & Experience** **1. **Education** **DevOps Engineer**s should have at least a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or computer science-related degree. Proof of professional development courses or certificates in related areas are also required. 2. **Experience** **DevOps Engineer**s need to have at least 3 years’ experience working with a range of software tools and have a background in IT, system administration or software development. They should have knowledge or experience in the following technical areas: - Container concepts - Orchestration - Cloud technology - Deployment automation and orchestration - Infrastructure automation - Source control - Open-source OS **Additional Requirements** 1.
