**Project Description**: - Earn money every day by allowing Our app to collect data on your app and phone usage while running in the background of your device - In addition to getting paid for running the app, earn cash by responding to various surveys and offers from our partners - Cash out your earned rewards directly to Paypal for sharing data and for survey participation - See what networks have the best coverage in the locations you frequent and in your broader metropolitan area **Responsibilities**: You will help us to create templates and automations, so you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. This is a long-term and strategic position to help us with the demand over client reactions using our app and focusing the Tech Team over what we need to improve. **Requirements**: Customer care demands, with the following skills: Good Communication skills Ability to understnad technical concepts and explain them in a simple way Tenacious, patient and polite Strong commitment to customer service Basic SQL skills - ability to understand simple SQL queries. Ability to write SQL queries a plus. Intermediate/advanced SQL a MAJOR PLUS Easily learns new SAAS platforms Willingness or demonstrated ability to learn ticketing platforms like Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Hubspot, Mailchim etc. Prior experience with customer service or ticketing platforms a plus, but not necessary It's important to know tools like FreshDesk and Google Play, the main tools this person will manage here. **Rewards**: - Payment in USD. - Free credentials for e-learning platforms. - Remote workshops & activities. - PTOs (5 days every six months, cumulative up to 10 days)
