If you're skilled in editing video for social media, telling real stories with authenticity, and enjoy working with a purpose-driven team, this is for you. Our mission is to use the trades to help young adults aging out of foster care build confident, self-reliant lives. As part of our remote team, you'll help showcase the impact we're makingone video at a time. **What You'll Do** - Edit short-form video clips for social media (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) - Organize and manage raw footage from job sites and interviews - Collaborate with founders and crew to build narratives around our work and impact - Stay aligned with our brand voice and visual tone - Track content performance and suggest improvements **What We're Looking For** - Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) - Good eye for storytelling, pacing, and audio - Bonus: skills in Canva, photo editing, and basic copywriting - Highly organized, able to manage media assets and deadlines - Growth-minded, performance-driven, and eager to improve - Fluent in English and able to take initiative **Compensation & Benefits** - $8$10/hour depending on skill and experience - Performance-based bonuses and opportunity for PTO - Full-time, remote role with consistent hours - Direct mentorship from company leadership - Career growth path into branding, marketing, or leadership roles
