About The Team/role We're looking for a Masterbrand Manager who thinks like a strategist, moves like a creative, and builds brands that people don't just recognize - they connect to. You'll shape our masterbrand positioning, turn insights into culturally-relevant campaigns, and make sure our brand shows up in ways that feel authentic across Spanish-Speaking Latin America (SSL). If you believe real relevance comes from understanding people (not just talking at them) you'll fit right in. In this role, you'll be responsible for: 1. Designing strategic brand plans that connect long-term vision with actionable campaigns. 2. Owning the brand's positioning, voice, messaging, and architecture across SSL. 3. Deeply understanding the nuances of culture, language, and behavior across SSL markets. 4. Creating masterbrand campaigns that shape perception, build emotional connection, and drive long-term brand equity. 5. Keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint. 6. Leading cross-functional teams with clarity and collaboration, bringing brand ideas to life by aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals. 7. Tracking brand health and campaign performance to inform long-term strategy and guide smart decision-making. 8. Using insights, data, and results to refine and improve storytelling over time. 9. Championing a test-and-learn mindset to continuously elevate creative effectiveness. 10. Understanding how the brand connects to business goals, and working cross-functionally to drive both. 11. Using brand as a lever for growth, translating business challenges into strategic, creative solutions. 12.
