As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated digital solutions aligned with our enterprise architecture, security, and technology strategies. Your focus will be on driving digital innovation by assessing emerging technologies and communicating their strategic relevance to stakeholders. You will collaborate with development teams and technical partners to ensure seamless architectural integration across systems. You will lead the design of customer-centric user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) that elevate engagement and usability. Additionally, you will mentor developers, promote architectural best practices, and ensure technical alignment with enterprise-wide frameworks. As a seasoned professional in IT, digital transformation, or software development, you will have a strong background in P&C; insurance and at least 7 years of experience in this field. Requirements - At least 7 years of total experience in IT, digital transformation, or software development. - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise or domain architecture. - Background in P&C; insurance is a strong plus.
