Your responsibilities and tasks: This role is a critical driver of commercial excellence and product portfolio growth across the LAM region. Combining the core elements of Sales Enablement and Service Product Management, the position ensures that frontline sales teams are equipped with the tools, processes, training, and support required to win in the market—while also steering the adoption and performance of the LPT service product portfolio locally. The role directly supports regional BU Heads of Service by aligning global strategies with local execution, ultimately boosting revenue, win rates, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and roll out playbooks, value-based selling tools, and customer-facing materials tailored to LAM service offerings. Drive CRM usage and pipeline discipline, improving forecast accuracy and opportunity visibility. Lead onboarding and upskilling initiatives across the regional service salesforce (commercial and technical). Align sales processes, KPIs, and best practices across the LAM countries. Support strategic pricing execution and value communication in collaboration with Product Management. Ensure the adoption of sales enablement platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure impact. Act as the regional interface between BU Service Product Management, Product Development, and country teams. Ensure that all relevant LPT service products are visible, understood, and positioned correctly in the LAM market. Provide input to strategy development by analyzing market trends, installed base, customer feedback, and product performance. Support sales planning, business case preparation, and local go-to-market execution for new or strategic service offerings. Conduct joint visits with local teams to drive adoption of key service products and commercial strategies. Deliver structured product training and promote best practice sharing across countries. Facilitate data-based product performance reporting and regional feedback for product development roadmaps. Your profile and qualifications: .Required Qualifications & Experience: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in service sales, commercial enablement, or service product management—preferably in an industrial, capital equipment, or technology environment. Experience in launching and scaling strategic initiatives across multiple countries. Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics). Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time (approx. 60–100 days per year) within LAM. Commercially driven and results-oriented. Structured thinker with excellent organizational and project management capabilities. High intercultural awareness and collaborative spirit. Strong communication and influencing skills. Customer-focused with a deep understanding of value drivers in service sales. High initiative and ownership mindset; able to work proactively and independently. Analytical with strong business acumen and ability to translate market feedback into action. Able to navigate matrix organizations and influence without direct authority.
