We are currently seeking a creative and technically skilled professional with a primary focus on **video editing** and a solid foundation in **graphic design** to join our in-house team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visual stories across video and static formats and is looking to grow within a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Edit promotional, instructional, and branded videos for web and social media. - Organize and assemble raw footage into cohesive video narratives. - Design visual assets such as brochures, social media content, presentations, and corporate documents. - Develop creative concepts and visuals aligned with brand guidelines. - Optimize videos and graphics for different platforms and export formats. - Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual coherence across all media. - Maintain organized files and version control for iterative edits and graphic resources. - Participate in team meetings and reviews to align on creative goals and feedback. **Qualifications** **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design. **Software Proficiency**: - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory). - Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Familiarity or more, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools is a plus. - Experience working with video codecs, compression, and delivery formats **Languages**: Intermediate English proficiency is required to follow instructions and communicate within an international team. **Soft Skills**: - Strong storytelling and visual narrative abilities. - Attention to detail and visual quality. - Creativity and adaptability to various styles and formats. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. **How to Apply** - Resume/CV (highlighting your experience in video editing and graphic design). - Expected salary - COP monthly. - Portfolio or showreel (demonstrating both video and graphic work). - Any language certificate for English. - Cover Letter (explaining why you're a fit for the role), full-time in-office availability in Bogotá.
