In Bogotá we are opening a new SSC with the aim of serving Latin America and North America in several processes. **Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities**: - Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances. - Create regular reports to accurately track financial information. - Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents. - Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies. - Engage in collection management processes as necessary. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and good knowledge of cash collection processes are an advantage. - Ability to identify problems & find appropriate solutions. - Attention to detail. - Ability to follow procedures and guidelines to successfully maintain a standard required. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers. - Computer literate and previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential. **Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**: - Fluency in English (at least B2). - 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in the accounting / business area. - Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function. - Fluent English is required.
