Job Title A Senior Back-End Developer and Platform Engineer is required to lead the development of our internal developer platform, leveraging expertise in Python and React to create robust solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining the IDP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and driving continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation. Requirements - Mastery in back-end development with Python. - Proven experience in UI/UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage. - Practical experience in cloud architecture focusing on AWS and Azure. - Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. - Familiarity with continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions. - Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise. - Experience working closely with stakeholders for requirements analysis and product backlog definition. - Agile delivery experience, including knowledge of testing approaches like TDD.
