Responsibilities The Opportunity: The primary goals for this role are: enable and influence growth, managing strong multifunctional teams, executing robust plans, managing relations across functions, ensuring fit to strategy and meeting business objectives in product change agenda. This role will be responsible for Revenue Management initiatives, with a focus on closing the gap caused by increased prices in commodities. Lead beyond Innovation Projects with SG Process Governance for Multi Category in the Andean region, initiatives with high impact on the core business such as Revenue Management/Packprice. While enabling growth and driving efficiency in the lead of all project initiatives. Your Impact: As a Commercialization Analyst, your responsibilities would include: Planning, follow-up, and management of 100% Innovation Projects (MS Project). Assuring weekly status updates and meetings with multifunctional teams to achieve on-time product delivery. Leading and supporting IC creation alongside local teams and categories in the Andean region. Aligning innovation projects to be approved by the Andean region. Communicating and aligning with the Andean commercial team on innovation performance and project status. Preparing weekly project status reports. Coordinating with marketing, finance, operations, and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings to secure initiative approvals by Excomm. Carrying out Capex or other investments needed for innovation or revenue management projects in the Andean region. Maintaining constant alignment with business needs such as Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5, etc. Generating Portfolio Management Reports and maintaining the Innovation Dashboard. Ensuring all initiatives are uploaded in My Innovation platform, including key deliverables, to comply with LATAM monthly audits. Meeting annual KPIs such as Net Revenue, S2M, and On-Time Launches. Interacting effectively with mid to senior management across a complex matrix of geographies, categories, and functions, influencing agenda, decision-making, risk assessment, and conflict resolution. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within a Consumer Goods company. Experience coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional teams (2–3 years). Experience in project development processes is a plus. Languages: English: B2-C1 Intermediate-Advanced (required). Skills: Project Management (required). MS Office; MS Project (desired). People Management - Functional oversight. Negotiation skills. Results Impact: Shared Level I, from 0% to 1% GS.
