If you’re up for challenging the status quo, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us. **Do you dare to make an impact?** **YOUR ROLE**: - Leads team in general services such as building maintenance, cleaning, security, vehicles, etc. to support daily operational needs on site - Organizes and keeps the schedule of general service activities - Defines, updates, and implements general service strategy in accordance with company regulations, policies and demands - Obtains and reviews reports / data in respective area and gives results on a regular basis Identifies improvement opportunities and develops systematic approach to achieve them - Coordinates external service providers in the area of responsibility - Supervise the generation of purchase orders and invoice tracking for facilities services vendors - Coordinate health initiatives for employees aligned with regional and global guidelines - Car fleet management (if applicable) - Lead / Coordinate facilities related projects (e.g., office space reconfiguration) - Generate monthly KPI reports - Manage FM budget ensuring cost-effectiveness - Perform random assessments or quality spot checks of the facility to guarantee a high standard of service delivery by maintenance, cleaning, canteen, and other facility-related service providers - Be aware of each location infrastructure and services - Close interaction with Sourcing about facilities services - Review the fulfillment of user’s requests and service tickets by the different providers **YOUR SKILLS** - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineer, Architecture, Business Administration or related - More than 3 years of experience in similar roles - Intermediate English level - Organized, proactive, Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills - Basic knowledge of SAP - Microsoft Office knowledge - Experience in P&L;, budget control and definition, cost analysis - Plus: refurbishment offices experience Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
