This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization. You will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. We are looking for someone who speaks Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. How You'll Make an Impact: - Develop recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements - Manage all aspects of candidate administration, such as updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, and ensuring current positions are posted in all recruiting systems and job boards - Develop an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets - Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates - Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position - Be a liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews - Coordinate with Talent Operations to complete all checks for selected candidates - Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. - Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on multiple recruiting/talent acquisition-related matters - Use metrics to identify process improvements - Conduct analysis and report on main recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders Let's Connect If You: - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment. - Prior experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring. - Prior exposure in a global and HR or Tech environment would be an added advantage. - Partner with senior management; Competency-based interview experience is needed. - Must have experience in Greenhouse and Google Suite. - Ability to partner with Global Talent Acquisition members and People partners to drive process changes. - Will independently work on critical open positions - Good spoken and written communication skills in English, along with the ability to articulate effectively. #LI-Remote
