As with all of our positions, we work as a team, and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company. **Compensation**: 3,000,000 COP **Responsibilities**: - Speaking with clients - Assist attorney with Personal Injury caseload - Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, expert witnesses, and court personnel - Request, review, and summarize medical records - Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents - Hearing and trial preparation, including electronic filing - Inputting client information into our database - Scheduling appointments with clients - Conducting regular correspondence with clients and providing them with updates on the status of their case - Maintaining client confidentiality - Entering and updating client information in our computer system - Organizing and completing the necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients **Qualifications**: - Must have 2 to 3 years of legal experience - Previous knowledge in Personal Injury within the law in the United States - Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and team - Personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills sewing - Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable interacting with clients, team members, and attorneys - Strong phone and computer skills - Strong attention to detail - Team player - Able to stay focused and organized - Able to learn on the job and think on your feet - Able to meet strict deadlines - Experience working with Microsoft Office programs **About Company** We pride ourselves on our reputation for being dependable and trustworthy for both our clients and our employees.
