Job Description: - Deliver comprehensive HR services in the country, ensuring seamless administration of employee benefits throughout the region. - Oversee benefits administration processes for the country, aligning with regional and local organizations to ensure accurate systemic parameterization in payroll for discounts and reporting. - Maintain and update GBS Sharepoint for the country, coordinating activities related to benefits and ensuring compliance with local legislation. - Manage local mobility activities to facilitate employee movements, adherence to mobility policy, and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with the regional Mobility Manager on local mobility vendor management activities. - Address employee inquiries related to HR Services processes (benefits, vacations, SharePoint…). - Manage HR Services and benefits vendors, ensuring timely payment of invoices while adhering to the company's payment terms and process. - Ensure accurate collection of invoices from vendors according to contracts and review inflation increases. Monitor GBS and Benefit budget for the country. - Prepare and send required reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing correct information and analysis. - Provision bonuses according to company policies and procedures. - Send information to payroll for payment of benefits, wholesale commissions, and currency protection, among others. - Analyze and propose updated values for monetary benefits considering the country's inflation and dollar devaluation. These values must be approved by HR and Reward before being communicated. - Ensure correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in related processes. - Work with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities. - Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience and qualifications for the countries supported. - Broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including company policies and practices. - Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors). - Influence others. - Experience managing / working with virtual teams. - Numerical Analysis. - Advanced excel. - Office management.
