Job Description The primary objective of this role is to implement business gained and retained from customers in a timely and qualitative manner. The Customer Implementation Expert will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new business, ensuring that customer requirements are fully understood and met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air and ocean freight services, as well as experience in operations or product roles within a freight forwarding or international shipping environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align resources within the organization to achieve objectives. In addition to implementing business and onboarding new customers, the Customer Implementation Expert will also be responsible for training and supporting implementation team members to ensure consistent application of company standards and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications - Professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields - 3 years of operations or product experience in a freight forwarding or international shipping environment. - Good understanding of Air and Ocean freight services and the overall logistics or supply chain industry. - Knowledge of systems, tools and processes (e.g. CW1, EDM and pricing templates). - Proficient in the use of MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
