Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Specialist to efficiently manage the client intake process. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and case initiation. Key Responsibilities: - Open and process new client intakes in a timely manner - Coordinate the signing of contracts with clients - Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to collect and verify necessary information - Refer clients to medical providers and coordinate appointments - Create and manage cases in the company portal, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date - Maintain detailed and organized records of all intake-related data - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper case setup and follow-up - Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their intake process - Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during intake Requirements: - Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a legal or insurance setting - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - English proficiency mandatory: B2 to C1 level - Possess strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at JSMD Management as an Intake Coordinator.
