**ON-SITE MEDELLÍN** The Marketing Coordinator (MC) will be in charge of elev8.io’s internal investments and projects, as well as client projects. Furthermore, there are marketing vehicles, such as the ‘Goals, Grit and Greatness´ Planner and the ‘Zero to 100 Million Sales Blueprint´ book, that support branding elev8.io's investment interests. The MC will play a key role in building a far-reaching audience and ultimately create awareness that will generate sales and new customers en masse. **Responsibilities**: Manage CRM for internal projects and clients including: - Set up and send ongoing marketing performance reports with suggestions for optimization - Ideate and create workflows to nurture leads depending on their stage in the pipeline - Create and deploy marketing funnels Advertising campaigns and social media management: - Coordinate with the team the creation of assets (video, or graphics) for advertising campaigns - Set up reports, with data analysis and suggestions for conversion optimization - Create and manage social media campaigns to promote our internal assets - Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels Websites for clients and internal projects - Participate in the ideation of the website blogs, coordinate creation with graphics and content team - Upload blogs and add metadata for SEO purposes - Periodically review the website pages and provide suggestions for conversion optimization and SEO optimization - Stay on top of new purchases of website products, and identify areas of improvement for user experience optimization Sales Team Initiatives - Be active on LinkedIn, post ongoing, re-share, and interact with our target audience. Create posts that relate to the needs of our ICP - Keep track of the performance of initiatives such as the "ROI calculator".
