Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Business Development and Grants Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing support to specific country programs or the Regional Program and Award Support team. Key Responsibilities - Develop proposals and manage awards in accordance with donor compliance policies and procedures. - Build and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations. - Provide training and capacity building to staff members on award management and compliance. - Support regional and global initiatives, as well as provide regional support to country programs.
