Job Description We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Leader to join our LCS Operational Excellence team. Key Responsibilities - Lead programs to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement sustainable changes across our organization. - Identify opportunities for improvement and lead process improvement programs from Define to Control. - Recommend improvements which increase efficiency based on data and facts. - Promote and apply best practices in process improvement and change management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5+ years of experience in project management, including managing complex projects with measurable outcomes. - Experience implementing continuous improvement and Lean programs is preferred.
