As a QA Engineer, you will perform testing activities within an agile scrum team, including test design, execution, and defect management. You will follow the testing strategy, templates, and processes, and identify risks, dependencies, and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure QA objectives are met. Plan tests, write test cases, and ensure requirement traceability. Execute tests—smoke, regression, end-to-end—and support UAT. Identify scope for test automation and develop/execute automation scripts. Manage defects, perform triage, and conduct retesting/regression testing. Prepare test data, manage test environments in coordination with release teams. Work with Product Owners, Technical Managers, architects, and development teams to implement QA practices. Review testing activities periodically with leadership. Provide quality reports and insights to management. Identify and escalate risks and issues for resolution. Support QA leadership in process improvements, transformation, and innovation. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in agile scrum teams. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution. Desirable: Experience in E2E QA, test data and environment management. Desirable: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Desirable: Hands-on experience with Salesforce. Nice to have: Performance testing experience. Quick learner with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
