Position: Technical Support EAE Location: Bogotá - Colombia This role is responsible for supporting country sales teams to win more business on EAE (EcoStruxure Automation Expert) and supporting customers throughout their project development cycle using EAE. What You Will Do Work with commercial teams to achieve EAE goals (orders, volume, project and customer profiles). Manage customer satisfaction through all project phases. Report KPIs to the global team (data, dashboards, risks, enhancements, bugs). Lead workshops to promote EAE features and ensure customer understanding of design, organization, and execution of code on EAE. Implement and test customer architectures to demonstrate performance and mitigate risks. Support customers and sales teams onsite as needed. Develop key library elements (CATs) to support projects and ensure ease of use of EAE. Guide customers through project execution and implementation phases. Maintain a feedback loop with the global EAE development team, representing customer and country insights. Support, develop, and train System Integrators in the region to become EAE execution partners. Create technical demos and personalized UVP/storytelling to address customer pain points and sub-segment needs. Assist customers and System Integrators in the successful execution of EAE projects. What We Are Looking For At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in Industrial Automation or Software portfolios. Experience launching new products and offerings into the market. Solution-selling experience with a consultative approach. Knowledge of IIoT and the convergence of IT and OT. Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques. Experience working with strategic partners and distributors. Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT/programming background.
