Dynamic Pricing Expert Job Description We're looking for a seasoned expert in dynamic pricing to join our Engineering team. As a key member, you'll leverage AI, ML, and statistical techniques to innovate on our core product - a dynamic pricing algorithm for short term rentals. You'll work closely with experts from Revenue Management as well as data engineers to identify, design, test and implement improvements using a modern data processing workflow and tools. Key Responsibilities - Crafting and delivering OKRs related to dynamic pricing recommendations and analysis for the short term rental industry. - Designing solutions that are deeply informed by user needs, measurable outcomes, and aligned with our product vision. - Working closely with data engineers to design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring production readiness, and deploying scalable solutions. - Driving the application of modern AI technologies to accelerate internal tooling and improve user-facing intelligence. - Integrating observability, monitoring, and human feedback collection into ML pipelines and agentic systems to continuously improve model performance and user alignment. To succeed in this role, you should be curious, collaborative, result-oriented, resilient, and proactive. You'll need to manage the trade-offs between speed and quality and find the right balance. Requirements We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist and 10+ years in SaaS overall, preferably in high-scale, multi-tenant platforms. You should have proven expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, with a track record of delivering models that meaningfully move product or revenue metrics.
