As an **Accounting Admin Assistant,** you will support the administrative tasks related to our client's billing and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Process invoices with appropriate account codes and classifications. - Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. - Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for invoices, certificates of insurance, and other financial documents. - Learn how to work with Expedoc (AP AI processor) to investigate and process invoices tagged by Expedoc with discrepancies. - Assist in updating and maintaining vendor records. - Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and discrepancies. - Reconcile vendor statements. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Respond to inquiries from vendors and/or clients regarding financial matters. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and self-driven. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Additional studies are also considered. - **Experience**: Minimum** 2 years of experience** in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an accounting or finance setting. Having experience in logistics is a plus. - **Language**: Very good English skills.
