Aboutthe Role As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal rolein the successful delivery of complex technical projects. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, mitigaterisks, and bridge communication between technical and non-technicalstakeholders. Leveraging your experience in managing softwareprojects, you’ll ensure milestones are met and deliverables alignwith functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities -Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of project lifecycles using Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with engineering, design, andproduct management teams to define project scope and objectives. -Translate technical complexities into actionable project plans andmitigate potential risks or dependencies. - Track project progress,conduct regular status meetings, and provide updates tostakeholders. - Support engineering and technical teams by removingroadblocks and fostering alignment. - Develop strategies forcompliance with industry certifications (e.g., SOC-2/NIST). -Ensure financial reporting accuracy and facilitateoperational/systems reporting. - Monitor sprint metrics, conductretrospectives, and implement process improvements. - Partnerclosely with Product Management and Engineering to define andimplement robust testing strategies for deliverables. About YouQualifications & Skills - 5+ years of relevant work experienceas a Technical Project Manager or similar role. - Strongunderstanding of APIs, SaaS product development, cloud-nativesystems, and responsive web applications. - Proficiency with Agilemethodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment and manage multiple priorities effectively. -Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a provenability to align technical and non-technical teams. - PMP or ScrumMaster certification is a plus. - Previous experience as anengineer or engineering manager is highly preferred to ensure astrong technical foundation. - Spanish and English fluency requiredto meet regional and project needs.
