This executive role involves overseeing daily operations, managing human resources functions, leading the team, and cultivating an organizational culture aligned with our company's values and objectives. The position requires working on-site and involves responsibilities in Human Resources and administration. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations: Serve as the senior leader for LATAM operations, reporting directly to U.S. executive leadership. Oversee daily office operations, implement and monitor operational processes and KPIs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Human Resources & Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, manage employee relations, and foster a positive work culture. Team Development & Culture: Build and maintain an office culture reflecting company values. Promote engagement, training, and development initiatives. Organize team-building events. Collaboration & Reporting: Act as the liaison between LATAM team and U.S. headquarters. Provide regular reports on operations and staff performance, ensuring cohesive operations across departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field. Minimum of 5 years in operations or general management, preferably in telecom or tech services. Experience managing teams, HR processes, and organizational growth. Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of LATAM labor laws, HR best practices, and business operations. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience scaling remote/hybrid teams. Experience establishing new offices or operations. Familiarity with telecommunications, internet, and VoIP services. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 USD/month. PTO: 5 days/year, accrued quarterly. Public Holidays: New Year’s, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Recognition Programs: Excellence Fund with $6,000 award after 2 years of service, renewable annually, withdrawable after 5 years.
