As our Process and Operations Manager, you’ll help us build a workplace where clarity, efficiency, and excellence are the default. What you’ll be doing System Ownership Maintain and improve our tech stack like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Waybook and more so they scale with us. SOP Development and Execution Create and maintain standard operating procedures across departments. Make them clear, practical, and easy to follow. Project Coordination Lead internal initiatives like onboarding, training, QA, and hiring coordination. Ensure timelines, tasks, and follow-through are in place. Documentation and Organization Own the structure and upkeep of our internal documentation to enable team efficiency and reduce dependency on verbal instructions. Operational QA and Visibility Support quality checks, process audits, and tracking systems. Help ensure we catch issues early and learn from them fast. Team Management Manage and lead the Operations Specialists, helping them prioritize effectively, grow in their roles, and stay aligned with company priorities. Leadership Collaboration Work closely with the leadership team to execute strategic priorities and improve internal operations. You’ll thrive here if you… Have 4+ years in operations, project management, or systems and process roles Have experience owning or managing tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Zapier, Waybook, and Slack - or similar tools used for documentation, automation, and project coordination Are confident building SOPs, wikis, and internal docs, and getting people to use them Love building systems that make others more efficient Have a strong sense of ownership and enjoy improving how things work Write and communicate perfectly in English Are self-managed, proactive, and team-first Perks and Benefits Fully remote and async-first Work with a flexible schedule.
