The position : As an Import Analyst on the Direct Customs Agency team, you will be responsible for preparing, validating, and reporting import declarations, Andean value declarations, and import records in the OpenComex software contracted by the agency for this role. This requires quality information, a clear process for collecting it, and an analytical thinking structure for preparing it. Skills to interact with different teams when searching for information are also required, as well as responsibility, punctuality, and timeliness in delivering deliverables. Responsabilities : - Generate information from the Opencomex system and from the different areas of the organization to obtain a single source of information. - Provide import declarations that meet the requirements of the DIAn and regulatory bodies. - Generate clear and concise reports for tracking and monitoring operations. - Keep abreast of customs regulations and any changes that arise. - Complete SAES and export documents. - Contribute to the agency's continuous improvement. - Preparation of import declarations, Andean value declarations, and import records. Requirements : - Knowledge of OpenComex, Office, Vuce, and SigloXXI software. - Must be a technician or technologist in careers related to international trade. - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. - Minimum of two years certified experience. - Initiative, leadership, and teamwork. - Intermediate English proficiency - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
