We areseekinga proactive and data-savvy Outbound Sales Specialist to execute andoptimizeour outbound lead generation strategy. In this role, you willbe responsible forinitiating contact with prospective clients, crafting personalized outreach campaigns, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about building meaningful connections at scale. Key Responsibilities: Execute structured outbound sales campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and direct messaging. Conduct industry-specific research toidentifyhigh-potential leads and emerging business opportunities. Build andmaintaindetailed records of outreach efforts, response rates, and campaign performance. Manage andoptimizeoutbound automation tools such as Apollo,Lemlist, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Work closely with the Marketing team to adapt messaging by industry, use case, or vertical. Schedule qualified discovery calls for the Account Executive or Sales Manager. Prepare segmented lead lists and prospecting reports based on geography, industry, or target persona. Provide weekly reports on outreach metrics, lead generation, and conversion trends. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generation roles within a B2B environment. Hands-on experience with cold outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and phone. Proficiencyin CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Apollo,Lemlist). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Comfortable working independently and proactively in a remote team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, healthcare, legal, or professional services industries. Familiarity with lead scoring, data enrichment tools, and sales pipeline metrics.
