Offer available for all Latin America. The Lead Business Analyst (LBA) supports Distribution team in requirements gathering, leads cross functional teams to define, test and deliver solutions. Your main roles will be: - Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all technical SAP system aspects of processes related to logistics distribution, Transportation Management, demand and supply planning and acts as the reference person to connect the IT department with the rest of the organization. - Perform User Acceptant Test for new enhancements and project implementations ensuring business requirements are fully meet and potential risks are identified and mitigate. - Documents work, change requests / functional specs, end user documentation (SOP), troubleshooting best practices etc. - Facilitates meeting groups, tracks and influences progress and tracks deliverables in order to resolve issues **Requirements**: - 10 years of experience - Information Systems/Business experience - SAP Transportation management (TM) expert - Experience with SAP TM, SD & WMS (SAP DWM preferred) - Support S4 TM (Transportation Management) - Strong Analytical skills (SQL, DB management) - SAP Business Analyst with Project Management Experience - Experience with Logistics/Transportation SAP implementation - Able to create/track/monitor - Process Flow - Integration of SAP Environment phase 1. - SAP integration for all of Logistics/Transportation **Benefits**: - Salary in USD. - 100% remote - Challenging projects - International clients
