Curious to know what it’s like to work at Evalueserve? **What you will be doing at Evalueserve** - Ensuring the successful completion of data infrastructure projects on-time, within budget, and error-free. - Managing the planning and execution of project team members. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget. - Developing project schedule, costs, and managing document control. - Using professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately. - Managing change and take active leadership in timely decision making. - Managing schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc. - Communicating directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem-solving skills in all elements of work. - Implementing data solutions in the cloud or hybrid environments. **What we're looking for** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. - Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions. - 5+ years of direct project management experience working with infrastructure teams in an agile environment. - Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling, and planning projects and successful completion. - Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills. - Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Planner, Azure Dev/Ops) - Previous agile training, preferably PMP certified or Scrum Master certified. - Knowledge of Cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Plarform or Amazon Web Serviceas. - Knowledge of Database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Mysql, DB2, etc). - Preferably has been exposed to IT Service Management (ITSM) & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
