As a Consult Sales Agent, your main responsibilities would be: Answer the phone and convert callers into clients, selling consults with our immigration attorneys; Follow up with leads from social media; Add every lead to our CRM; Follow-up with every lead; Provide knowledgeable answers to clients' questions; Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish; Must not be afraid of rejection; Must not take things personally or be easily offended; Ambitious; Passionate about sales and changing lives; Able to overcome objections; Comfortable in conflict situations and able to communicate successfully with clients and the team; Must have reliable internet, noise-cancelling headphones, and a private place to work; No experience is necessary; we will train you!
