They picked this name to symbolize their joint passion for using tech to revolutionize work. --------------- - **Overview of the Role** The Customer Specialist role is a transitional phase to the Senior Customer Specialist role, meaning that if you do well, you’ll have the opportunity to build a sales career path in the company. Once you have built a strong customer portfolio and proven a successful track record, you will opt for a performance review to get promoted to the Senior Customer Specialist role. As a Customer Specialist, you will be the voice of Ergeon to new leads interested in our home services products. From first conversations to closing the deals, you will support Ergeon’s growth by walking customers through a high-touch, customer-oriented sales experience approach. Whether getting to know the lead’s needs, quoting and closing a project, or sharing Ergeon’s value proposition, you will be focused on listening and creating the best customer experience above all else. --------------- - **Responsibilities** As a Customer Specialist at Ergeon a typical day will include the following: - Managing open deals (leads). - Making outbound calls to qualify new customers. - Handling leads from qualification, to quoted and closed stages through single touch point interactions (end to end sales cycle). When not possible, you will need to set the appropriate follow up activities. - Managing your customer pipeline through the usage of CRMs and other various tools. - Sending quotes, clarifying questions, and closing deals to drive the Company’s revenue. - Using your sales expertise to mentor Junior Customer Specialists. --------------- - **Desired Skills and Experience** - **Must have**_ - 3+ years of advanced experience in B2C and/or B2B Sales - Strong communication, customer rapport building and closing skills. - Ability to master new products and concepts quickly. - Proven track record of end-to-end pipeline management and achieving monthly revenue targets. - Ability to define and refine new sales processes. - Attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills. - Time management and discipline. - Sense of urgency and multitasking skills. - Being able to handle high work volume efficiently. - Proven track record of closing deals, metric compliance and proficiency on multi stage end-to-end sales cycles. - Proficiency and fluency in English (business etiquette). - Ability to work under pressure and dynamic target environments. - Experience using pipeline management or productivity tools like Pipedrive, Talkdesk, or Front among others. - Previous full-time remote work experience. - **Nice to have**_ - Sales experience in general labor or construction industry. - Sales leadership and management experience. --------------- - **Technical Requirements** - **Good Laptop setup with Chrome browser**_ - Minimum of 8GB RAM - Minimum processor:For Intel variants of CPUs:Core i3 8000 Series (8th Gen) or higher - Pentium N5000 series (Quad-core variant) or higher - Celeron J5000 series or higher (quad-core variant) - For AMD variants of CPUs:Ryzen 3, 3rd generation or higher - **Stable high-speed internet connection**_ - At least 5mbps upload and 20 Mbps download - **Headset**_ - With a noise cancelling microphone - **Power backup**_ - 250-300W UPS - **Data availability**_ - Ability to access up to 1.5GB of data per day during storm outages --------------- - **Compensation** - Hourly rate US $7/hour (40 hours per week during Bootcamp). - Upon Bootcamp graduation, you will enter the ramp-up stage for the next 2 months, your compensation package will be $7/hour + uncapped commissions. - After your training period for the first 3 months, you will be evaluated and placed on our sales career ladder which will determine your base pay. - Commissions
